Tawny was discovered in early 1990 in Daytona Beach, Florida. John Fox, Gent magazine's editor- in- chief, was there for the annual college students' Spring Break holiday, along with photographer John Graham. Later, the two men partnered to create SCORE magazine, introduced in 1992. They hired a plane to do some advertising over the beach. The plane towed a banner that read "Big bucks for big boobs" with a local phone number. A beautiful, voluptuous girl contacted them. Then she disappeared until the summer of '92 when she reappeared in Denver, Colorado as the supersized model and dancer known as Tawny Peaks.

Tawny became a very popular feature dancer booked all over North America and she quickly became one of the big names in big-bust men's magazines. It was the height of the mega-chested dancer craze that included such personalities as Lisa Lipps, Tiffany Towers, Busty Dusty, Wendy Whoppers, Letha Weapons, Kimberlee Kupps and Toppsy Curvey. You would see them in newspapers, hear them on radio talk shows around the USA and watch them on such television shows as Richard Bey, Sally Jesse Raphael and Howard Stern.
